Purchases
You are purchasing with the understanding and agreement that Deposits are non refundable, as items go into production right away. Due dates you agree on for payments must be satisfied as agreed or Wherehouse Decor Direct has the right to forfeit all monies received if commitment is not met. Please understand production is an average of thirty days, shipping approx forty five days, at times the ports cause additional delays that are not controlled by our team. We will work hard to deliver as promised and keep all parties updated along the process of their order. Stock items will be shipped within four business days from your order. Although our items are pre-order items we do keep items in stock as well and it is possible that you receive your order within two weeks.
You are waiving you right to dispute with any of the payment companies at any time and understand that if we know we can't fill the order we will grant a refund. Outside of that we deliver all order as promised.
